Sonja Hart brings structure, precision, and a steady sense of care to every transaction at HECK. Inspired by her grandmother’s resilience and intelligence, Sonja is known for her strong work ethic, organized approach, and commitment to helping clients and agents move through each step with confidence.
As Senior Transaction Manager, Sonja works behind the scenes to support the full lifecycle of a listing and transaction. From data collection and MLS input to compliance review, contract timelines, documentation, and closing coordination, she helps ensure the details are handled with accuracy and consistency. Her role is rooted in both process and people, keeping transactions organized while supporting the agents, clients, title companies, and lenders involved along the way.
Sonja’s attention to detail and dedication to customer service make her a trusted resource within the HECK team. She understands that every listing, contract, and closing represents something meaningful for the people involved, and she brings care and follow-through to each part of the process.
Outside of work, Sonja enjoys mowing the lawn, cooking, reading, and cheering on the Jayhawks with friends. She is also passionate about supporting Douglas County 4-H, a cause that reflects her appreciation for hard work, community, and the next generation.
