About Bennett
Bennett Haist joined HECK in May 2025, bringing six years of banking experience, a strong service mindset, and a natural ability to build lasting relationships. In his role as Business Operations Associate, Bennett supports the day-to-day operations and strategic priorities that help move HECK’s mission forward.
Working closely with Brian Pine and the HECK team, Bennett helps strengthen the systems, processes, and client-focused service that support the brokerage from the inside out. His work touches both people and operations, helping create consistency, efficiency, and follow-through across the business.
Drawn to HECK’s commitment to guiding clients toward their goals and building lasting value through property ownership, Bennett brings integrity, care, and a steady willingness to step in where needed. His background in banking gives him a strong foundation in professionalism, problem-solving, and relationship-based service.
Outside of work, Bennett enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family. Guided by his motto, “Never Lay Up,” he brings energy, confidence, and a forward-thinking mindset to every challenge.
