Katie Moore

Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Katie graduated from the University of Kansas and spent 10 years on her husband’s family farm and ranch in northwest Kansas. After moving back to Lawrence in 2016, she knew a change was in order and began working toward her goal of building a career in real estate. She started her career with a Lawrence brokerage in 2020, and in February 2025, Katie joined HECK, bringing five years of experience as an agent.

Known for her outgoing, witty, and ambitious nature, Katie thrives on the dynamic and varied days that real estate offers. She has always been drawn to HECK’s commitment to client care and attention to detail, and continues to strengthen the team through her experience, energy, and dedication to her clients. A dedicated community member, Katie is actively involved in Lawrence-area events, schools, and her parish, Corpus Christi, where she serves on the stewardship committee.

Katie’s experience spans many aspects of real estate, including single-family homes, build sites, investment and development ground, and multifamily properties. Her career has taught her that there are no bounds to the opportunities within real estate, and she knows she can bring something meaningful to every transaction.

When she is not assisting clients, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, with whom she celebrates 20 years of marriage in 2026, and their three children. Together, they enjoy time at their Ozarks retreat and the Jayhawk Club, as well as cheering on the Jayhawks, Chiefs, and Royals. Her personal motto, “There is no victory without hardship,” reflects her commitment to excellence and continued growth.
