Dana Baker

Dana Baker has been an integral member of the HECK Real Estate team for over six years, bringing a thoughtful balance of compassion, adaptability, and determination to every client interaction. She is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to continual growth—qualities that consistently translate into a seamless and successful experience for her clients.

One of the aspects Dana values most about real estate is the diversity of both the clients she serves and the properties she represents. Her experience spans a wide range of property types, including homes in town, rural homes, luxury estates, multifamily investments, farm ground, development land, and build sites. This breadth of expertise allows her to confidently guide clients through a variety of real estate goals, from primary residences to complex land and investment opportunities.

Dana also offers a unique perspective on land and development, shaped in part by her husband Dustin’s long-standing work as a real estate developer in the area. This insight provides her clients with a deeper understanding of development potential, land value, and long-term investment strategy—an advantage in navigating more nuanced transactions.

Dana is also a member of the Board of Directors for Cottonwood, Inc., where she has been involved since 2023 and stays connected to efforts that support the local community.

Outside of her professional work, Dana is deeply rooted in her family and community. She and Dustin have been married for 26 years and are proud parents of three daughters, with a growing family that continues to bring new milestones, including an upcoming wedding to welcome a son-in-law. Much of their time is spent at Pomona Lake, where Dana enjoys wake-surfing, fishing, golfing with her family, and making the most of time together outdoors.
